The tablet tester is designed in such a way as to permit integrated operation with tablet presses such as the Futorque X-1 or a RoTab T/Bilayer. The measurement results are transmitted directly to the tablet press. This allows production parameters to be adjusted automatically and for time-intensive tablet tests to be carried out in as short a time as possible. Broad range of application Properties such as the weight, thickness, diameter/length and hardness of the test specimens can be reliably monitored and inspected. Thanks to its SmartRake® tablet transport rake, the TabCheck 4S is designed for flexible use with all common tablet forms and sizes – including for special forms such as diamond-shaped tablets. The tablet tester is produced by Pharmatron AG | Dr. Schleuniger and meets all requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and the European Pharmacopoeia (EP).
