AQUARIUS G-J is the latest press from KIKUSUI designed for pharmaceutical production. Features include, simple operation and maintenance, easy access, quick turret exchange. All in a very rugged, reliable and compact design that KIKUSUI has always been known for. PRODUCT FEATURES New Key Feature, AQUARIUS G-J has multi process mode capability, REGULAR & DC mode. It can produce not only regular tablets but also Tablet in tablet products on same machine. A simple module change or turret removal quickly changes it’s capabilities. Step by Step guidance on the OIT ensures proper set up. It has B type keyed upper punch sockets, 10 ton pre & main compression rollers, and 7.5kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 10~40 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 36 (45) station press of 21,600 to 86,400 (27,000 to 108,000) tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx.W1,070mm×D1,010mm×H1,850mm. The external finish is stainless steel 316L. Also it provides turret changeability as standard; this feature allows the machine to switch Normal tableting module to increase the presses flexibility.
