KIKUSUI “AQUARIUS CONTAINMENT-H-I” has been developed to improve & upgrade the containment design/capability according to Kikusui latest containment technology. It equips the dedicated press glove box on the top of the press to allow installation of the optional globes and RTP ports under the containment condition. The mechanical design gives operator friendly work space with handling easy components on the base of ergonomic policy. PRODUCT FEATURES It has B type keyed upper punch sockets, 20kN pre and 50kN main compression rollers, and 3.7kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 20~70 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 18 station press of 10,800 to 75,600 tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx. W930mm ×D880mm×1,721mm. (approx. W1,680mm ×D1,050mm×2,000mm with the press glove box) The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 316 with electro polishing.
