CRUX033L is Multi function single stroke tablet press for Research & Development purpose. Not only Single layer tablet, but also bi/tri layer, Tablet in tablet applications as well as optional External lubrication unit equipped in such Simple & Compact design. CRUX has developed to execute the filling & tableting analysis with small powder/granule. Also the latest control system includes recipe management, tablet data acquisition. PRODUCT FEATURES Multi functions-Single layer, Bilayer, Trilayer, Tablet in tablet & External lubrication just by changing the table unit. Minimize cross contamination for multi-layer tableting with special vacuum collecting system. TSM/EU standard tools available on the machine, NO NEED SPECIAL TOOLING. Servo motors control both Upper & Lower punch movement to give simulation of rotary pressing features. Also it allows the flexibility to control each feeding system to simulate the actual filling ability on your rotary press. Possible to realistic filling & compression analysis similar to rotary press and to find the potential tableting problems in initial laboratory stage.
