Description
Its compact design takes up the least amount of floor space, yet the VIRGO has the power to perform all the necessary functions required in general tableting runs. With the instrumentation provided by Kikusui, the user can monitor forces for pre and main compression, as well as ejection force.
PRODUCT FEATURES
It has B or BB type keyed upper punch sockets, 3 ton pre and 5ton main compression rollers, and 2.2kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 20~70 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 24(BB) station press of 28,800 to 100,800 tablet per hour.
The machine dimensions are approx.W604mm×D780mm×H1,620mm. The external finish is stainless steel. The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 304 with mechanical polishing.
