Softwall modular clean room walls offer a cost-effective and easy-to-install solution. These types of walls can be used both permanently or temporarily in ongoing industrial processes. Custom-design The walls can be manufactured in any size and are available in fixed or mobile structures, where the supporting structure consists of hollow core profiles that can be fixed together with screws, making the wall structure suitable for any use case. Softwall structures are equipped with flexible perimeter partitions composed of curtain strips of transparent and opaque plastic material. Lateran containments are assured by curtain strips of antistatic plastic material. Also, MTF filter-fan modules are installed in the ceiling along with lighting modules and plain ceiling modules. Typical applications The softwall structure complies with ISO 5 cleanroom standards, thus the most common application fields are pharmaceuticals, homeopathy, supplements, cosmetics manufacturing, food and biomedical industry, mechanics, electronics, aerospace, and any other labs. STRUCTURE The metal structure is composed of profiles connected by bolted joints, allowing complete dismantling and transportability. HANDLING Cleanroom softwalls are equipped with wheels that make them mobile. The type of wheel is chosen according to the industry sector of application. CHECK The metal dashboard is fitted with an LCD touchscreen panel and analog gauges to control the wear of the filter section. LIGHTNING The lighting is provided by LED ceiling lights recessed into the ceiling of the system, fitting seamlessly into the ceiling of the system. The guaranteed standard illumination is 500 lux.
