Laminar flow workstations operate safely and independently and can be easily integrated into any building. They are designed to protect assets from environmental contaminants while preventing the spread of airborne dust during the manufacturing process. The system is made up of a confinement structure inside which a filtered laminar airflow is directed.
The Downcross MCP FL protects the perimeter of a work area where there is a source of dust dispersion by heading dust and other particles towards a filtered MRF recovery section located on the wall in front of the worker.
Structure
The modular system partly uses components of modular clean room softwalls and includes of
Suspended modules to form the plenum for the recirculation of processed air to the MTF.
48/24 AUT H14 units and lighting equipment.
Wall partitions with MRF 24/24 standard sections forming the vertical plenum for the delivery of exhaust air, with a 2-stage filtration unit,
G4+F9 and inspection door with perforated access grilles,
corner columns to support the suspension modules,
flexible or rigid lateral partitions,
front partition with fixed, flexible railings or sliding shelves.
All visible metal components are made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel.
