The lineup of generating volumes includes medium-sized oxygen gas generators of 0.7-9.3 N㎥/h. Utilizing air supply from an outside built compressor, it is possible to supply oxygen gas with a pressure of 0.3 MPa. * Other gas pressures are also available, so please contact relevant staff at our company for details. * Class-2 pressure vessels specified in High Pressure Gas Safety Act are out of scope.
