The double rotary press XT 600 HD permits the production of single-layer or bi-layer tablets. The tablet press offers a 60 kN (120 kN optional) pre and 120 kN main compression capability. A minimum of components in the compression zone combined with the newly developed industrial turret shrouding lay the foundation for long trouble-free production runs. The smooth surface is easy to clean. The robust XT 600 HD with its versatile turret configurations for up to 35 mm punch shafts comes by standard with a fully automated weight control system and therefore meets all requirements of a modern rotary press.The tablet press is best suited for the production of salt tablets, catalysts, dish washer tabs, fertilizers as well as industrial and homecare cleansers. Multi-Function Corner Columns The installation of the dust extraction pipes and electrical cables within the four Multi-Function Corner Columns ensures the clean appearance of the XT 600 HD. The dust extraction hoses are pluggable and thus optimally accessible for disassembly and cleaning from the outside. The covers of the Multi-Function Corner Columns are fastened in a user friendly way with clip-on closures and allow access without special tools.
