With the largest detector available 43 cm x 43 cm, the XPERT 80-L system images the widest variety of specimens ranging from the smallest lymph nodes right up to a full-term fetus or adult femur. Where fetal demise investigation is needed the high-resolution XPERT 80-L system provides rapid, highly detailed images to measure gestational assessment, malformations, and skeletal dysplasia. Particularly for the gross room, The XPERT 80 System features the proprietary Image Blender™ an essential tool that helps reduce turnaround time for the patient specimen. The Image Blender™ combines your X‑ray and optical images for the most comprehensive view of your specimen’s anatomy. Specifically for pathology, the XPERT 80‑L CopyPath feature enables you to export your X‑ray and optical images to external systems outside of PACS for remote viewing. The XPERT 80-L uses a 5-micron microfocus X‑ray source to provide image resolution of up to 100 lp/mm to enable you to see the smallest detail of your specimens.
