The LabGscan™ PCR kit are optimized for Laboratory test and clinical diagnosis with conventional and real time PCR technology. The LabGscan FRAXA PCR Kit is designed for detection of expansion of CGG repeat in the FMR1 gene related to Fragile-X syndrome. The test consists of PCR of genomic DNA followed by fragment sizing on Genetic Analyzer and coversion of product size to the number of CGG repeats.
