Laboratories ARION have designed the Monobloc Hydrogel CMC implants with patients in mind. The filler for these implants is both biocompatible and biodegradable. The envelope has two times the elasticity opposed to silicone gel implants. There is no longer an MRI needed for the patients to determine if a rupture occurred because the breast will begin to deflate, which will cause discomfort to the patient. When x-rayed, the hydrogels are completely see-through, making mammograms just as easy and accurate as patients without implants.
