Basic gradient PCR machine LB-10GPCR is a Peltier based unit with temperature extended control mode for DNA amplification. The homogeneity of sample temperature is detected through 12 channeled temperature probes. The gradient control system avoids the system error caused by the disaccord of the temperature points. Automated setup of actual temperature for required reagents ensures accuracy and high efficiency. Hermetic space technique efficiently eliminates PCR margin reaction.
