Description

Application area Clean zones are used in all manufacturing areas with high requirements to the air cleanliness, for example in pharmaceutics, perfume and cosmetics production, food production, etc. TYPES OF CLEAN ZONES A TRANSPORTABLE CLEAN ZONE with a mandatory verification of filters being hermetically sealed after moving. A STATIONARY CLEAN ZONE Clean zones can be produced stationary when their structures are fixed rigidly on the floor, walls, ceiling and other load-bearing structures of the room. Benefits of the clean zones A clean zone may be used inside a clean room as well as in a regular room. Regarding the air cleanliness level, the clean zones match with the clean rooms; however the zones are more cost-effective solution. Small size of the zones allows locating them in any type of a room. Clean zones are mobile – they can be used where needed at the moment (modular demountable construction). Design as per ISO 1444-1 Features The ceiling is completely made of filter fan units. The cleanliness of the work area is ensured by forcing contamination away with unidirectional clean airflow referred to as “air piston effect”. Along the periphery of the ceiling, there is an enclosing structure elevated above the level of floor. All the joints of the clean zone are sealed with chemically resistant rubber or a polyurethane sealant for clean rooms. A clean zone can be equipped with required number of doors for personnel passing and product transferring in case the enclosure is made of rigid materials. ISO Cleanliness Class 7 and lower
