LANDAUER stores internal dose information – including organ dose, committed effective dose equivalent (CEDE) total, intake quantity by radionuclide, mode of intake and lung clearance class – at your request. Confirmation reports are generated and mailed when data is received and entered.
When supplied by the customer, Landauer can store internal dose information: CDE organ, CEDE total, intake quantity by radionuclide, mode of intake, and lung clearance class. Internal dose entries can be added by filling out the Internal Dosimetry Information Records form (located on the next page) and sending it to the Dosimetry Records Department via mail, fax, or email. Total CEDE is entered if provided or, otherwise, calculated by Landauer. Participants records are updated to reflect the internal contribution to the Total Organ Dose Equivalent (TODE) and the Total Effective Dose Equivalent (TEDE). Confirmation reports, like this sample, are generated when the data is entered. The report is generated and mailed to the primary reporting address at the customer level
