Description

IronMAX is the latest generation high performance ironer. Thanks to innovations like the true parallel chest technology, the IronMAX sets the benchmark in ironing performance, making it an indispensable tool for industrial laundries and applications where productivity counts. With the redesigned hinged chest and the 1 meter long heated bridges, the IronMAX, increases ironing surface with 10%, compared to conventional flexible chest technology IronMAX is equipped with the true parallel steam circuit. Individual steam chambers (8 per chest and 4 per bridge) with optimal volume and carefully designed declining condensate return circuits, combine maximal productivity and low steam consumption. The carefully studied design provides easy access to all critical components and systems, assuring easy maintenance. Combine this with the Lapauw Open Spare Part Policy and you have the solution with the lowest Total Cost of Ownership in the industry. The trademark Lapauw individual springs and individual, adjustable suction per roll, assure a moist evacuation capacity up to 5 times higher than conventional suction systems. A first class quality finish is one of the trademarks of the Lapauw ironer family. The IronMAX builds further on this. Next to the hinged chest and hydraulic chest lifting system, the IronMAX features programmable hydraulic pressure and decentralized roll drive system
