Description

With 2, 3 or 4 feeding stations, the UNIX offers you efficiency and high quality feeding for your production requirements, from 500 items per hour up to 1600 items per hour. The UNIX 3 station and 4 station feeders also come in 2 versions : single lane and 1-2 lanes and in any possible working width, up to 4 meter. The UNIX also allows manual feeding by moving upward the feeding stations, which gives unlimited access to the feedbands. The feeding clamps hand over the linen to a pair of spreading clamps. The spreading clamps are servo driven and run on a hardened, lint-free guiding rail, which assures that the linen is swiftly and accurately spread and positioned. The UNIX automatically detects when other items, like pillow cases, are left behind in duvet covers. When this is the case, the UNIX stops the duvet cover before it enters the ironer (and causes blockages or damage). Unix gets a grip on even the heaviest items. Next to a vacuum system, the transfer unit also disposes of two clamps: one in front and one on top of the transfer unit, assuring that even the heaviest items stay fixed onto the unit. The Unix can treat items with a weight of up to 4,5 kg.
