The air-conditioned medical modules have the following modifications:
• medical module for operating rooms;
• medical module for postoperative wards, intensive care units and resuscitation units, infectious diseases units;
• medical module for aseptic boxes (for departments of oncohematology, intensive chemotherapy, bone marrow transplantation departments (including aseptic box for allogeneic bone marrow transplantation from unrelated HLA-compatible donors), aseptic boxes for burn departments).
When assembled, the system is a construction solution - a “room within a room”, made in an existing permanent building, while all specified parameters are maintained inside the clean room (air cleanliness class, temperature, humidity, pressure drop, illumination, etc.).
Our company, having a modern production base and a professional team, and also relying on the experience of our European partners, who are well-known design companies and leading manufacturers of technological equipment and clean room structures, has developed a unique technology for organizing “clean” zones. We took the modular method of prefabricated structures as the basis for the technology. The main difference from similar technologies is that all used structural elements of “clean” rooms are produced by our company independently. All structural elements of the “clean” rooms of the LeoCon Group Medical Climate Module are designed as integral elements of a single structure, but at the same time, technological equipment from third-party manufacturers is easily integrated into them.
The modular design meets all the stringent hygiene requirements that apply to such premises
