Description

2019-nCoV Neutralization Antibody 2nd Gen Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography) is used for the qualitative detection of neutralizing antibodies to 2019-nCoV in clinical samples (serum/plasma/whole blood). Principle The test kit contains colloidal gold labeled 2019-nCoV Spike Protein (RBD), ACE2 Protein (Human, Recombinant) immobilized in T test area, and the corresponding antibody in quality control area (C). Operation Steps Step 1 : Add 20µl of whole blood sample/ 10µl of serum or plasma sample to well A. Step 2 : Add two drops (about 80µl) of sample dilution to well B, and start timing. Step 3 The test results should be read at 15 mins. Do not read the results after 20 mins. Result Interpretation Positive The test area (T) is lighter than the quality control area (C), or only a purple-red band appears in the quality control area (C). Negative The color of test area (T) is equal to or darker than that of quality control area (C). Invalid There is no purple stripe in the quality control area (C).
