These equipments are developed, built and certificated for: usage inside of environments classified for aseptic handling operations maintaining in the internal storage spaces the contamination control conditions required by EUcGMP for "Class A" environments. Finishings, inside and outside, and materials quality are selected to comply with Clean Rooms requirements. Air distribution is realized with unidirectional air flow, with HEPA filters directly installed inside the Refrigerators, and this solution allows to reach four main results: Sterilized air at point of use. Reduction of cooling time for materials. Stability in time and space of temperatures, thanks to the large quantity of air evenly distributed. Inside temperature low raisings with opened doors, thanks to air motion stability that reduces its mixing with the air of external environment. Air distribution and architecture of cooling and ventilation system guarantee that inside Refrigerators are never reached saturation conditions, in this way it is prevented the formation of humid zones with advantages on bacteria contamination control and in air and on surfaces.
