Description

The PRODATA Raised Floor System is based on a high-quality aluminium diecast panel in orthotropic design. This is produced with the utmost precision and fitting accuracy. Its high load-bearing capacity and abrasion resistance of air predestine PRODATA for use in all clean rooms and in other application areas with high technical requirements. The raised floor panels can optionally be ordered with covering or coating. The coating can be conductive if required. Manufactured with the highest precision and accuracy reaction to fire performance A1 (incombustible) acc. to DIN 4102 aero-dynamically non-abrasive, anti-magnetic and corrosion resistant easy to handle due to low weight excellent electrostatic discharge high load-bearing capacity with low deflection easy to make later cut-outs highly economical throughout its long life Additional equipment Facings Staircases, platforms, etc. need to be finished with a front cladding (facing). Where features such as free-standing borders are required, the top edges of the facing will be protected with a stair edging profile. Angles screwed to the subfloor and bracing installed in the upper area of the facing ensure a stable structure. Expansion joints profiles In order to take up horizontal and vertical movements in a structural and inconspicuous manner, expansion joint profiles are used in the area of the raised access floor, adapted to the application. Electrical outlets As all electrical installations are laid under the raised access floor, electrical connections can be placed exactly where you want them by the insallation of electrical outlets.
