Description

Soil freeze-dryer specific for freeze-drying of products with presence of acids or organic solvents. Ideal for laboratories of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Condenser in stainless steel AISI304 with PTFE lining for chemical protection with capacity of up to 2.0 Kg of ice/24 hours and total capacity of 5.0 Kg. Working temperature up to -105°C. Format proper for quick removal of the trap’s ice block (condenser). Enables to freeze material inside the condenser; Chamber in stainless steel AISI304 with 25cm and with 8 or 16 outputs (faucets) in neoprene with vacuum relief system. Fitting for flasks with 19 cm mouth. Adapter in neoprene with variable fitting for flasks with 7.0, 8.5 or 10.0 cm; Rack with 4 or more shelves for trays of up to 18 cm removable and interchangeable according to the flasks’ height; Front panel in polycarbonate with easy-to-operate lighted switches and LCD display with indication of vacuum and temperature in the trap (condenser), timer in hh:mm:SS format and tension. Serial output for issuing freeze-drying reports with variables of vacuum, temperature and tension X time; Total dimensions including chamber: 62 x 40 x 135 cm (width x depth x height). May be installed in laminar flow type-hood; Includes dry vacuum pump scroll orbital type entirely free from lubricant oils, internal chambers lined with PTFE, specific for pumping samples with acid substances or organic solvents with excellent resistance to corrosion, speed of 13.4 m3/h (340 LPM or 8 CFM).
