INTERNAL CLEANING WITH AMPOULE WASHING MACHINE: The LI-VRW comes with 6 internal cleaning stations, having cleaning needles in each station. That makes total 36 cleaning needles. There is a pipe connected to the cleaning media making washing area, through which each cleaning station is supplied. This minimizes the risk of particle generation as well as simplifies cleaning and maintenance process, which saves your time. EXTERNAL CLEANING WITH AMPOULE WASHER This machine comes with 3 external cleaning solutions. They are mounted in a stationary position above the ampoule and it is very easy to adjust them to a particular angle, height or lateral position. Every cleaning station is supplied cleaning media-making via a pipe that is connected to the cleaning media-making washing area. AMPOULE CLEANING MEDIA PRINCIPAL: The synchronization of WFI, purified water and cleaning solution with ampoule is established by reciprocating motion. It is designed in such a way that these media are only used when the needles move in the forward direction.
