Description

This product combines our standard rabbit jacket with a Water-repellent or meshed fabric pocket to host a transmitter device capable of monitoring ECG, respiration, and non-invasive blood pressure. Ludomed non-invasive telemetry jackets resist interference or manipulation by single or group-housed rabbits. Jacket and pocket design has been tailored for use with most commercial non-invasive telemetry transmitters for large animals, such as DSI JET™ device and Emka pack transmitter. This product is tailored to fit the body shape and proportions of a New Zealand rabbit strain. POCKET Coated polyester fabric finish - water-repellent; protects transmitter from extreme housing conditions. YKK® #5 brass zipper – designed for safety and durability. Stainless steel slider hooks and D-rings - help deter animal manipulation - no rust after washing. JACKET Breed-specific design ensures optimal coverage of the rabbit’s body. Double layered polyester/nylon mesh - breathable and lightweight, enhances airflow and temperature regulation. Cotton fabric sleeves - offer extra warmth and equipment protection. Nylon/spandex fabric inserts - protect skin from chafing. Chafing may occur on animal body parts that rub against the jacket zipper, such as the neck/jowl and the upper back. YKK® #5 brass zipper – designed for safety and durability. Spandex rear legs loops - prevent jacket from riding up at the rear. Hook and loop fasteners - allow for better fit around rabbit's neck and abdomen.
