Typical stations include a camera test, a shadow test using an optical micrometer and surface measurement using a triangulation sensor. Robust. Our rotary transfer test systems are based on a solid granite structure to deliver reliable and repeatable test results even in a demanding production environment. Scalable. The number and characteristics of the testing stations can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of your production and testing characteristics. Flexible assembly. There are hardly any limits to the variety of parts to be tested. The assembly takes place via a lifting door and can be assembled manually or automatically. Batch management. Our software offers advanced batch management. A recipe database enables products to be changed quickly without having to readjust parameters. A results database forms the basis for continuous product improvement. 2D measurement. For example, 2D measurements can be used to determine the presence of features, their exact position or sway circles. Defects such as discoloration or scratches can also be identified at this point. The advantages are the speed and productivity of the test step.
