For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Peptide pool composition The EBV defined peptide pool contains 100 peptides derived from 22 of the latent and lytic EBV proteins. Of the peptides, 66 are MHC class I restricted, and 34 are MHC class II restricted. Performance Human PBMC (250,000 cells/well) were incubated overnight in the absence or presence of the EBV defined peptide pool (Mabtech) and the number of cells secreting IFN-γ was analyzed by ELISpot.
