Performance
Detection of IFN-γ by flow cytometry in viable bovine PBMC. Stimulated, fixed and permeabilized cells were stained with anti-bovine mAb MT307-PF647P (left panel). MT307-PF647P blocked with recombinant antigen prior to labelling of cells (middle panel). Matched isotype control antibody (right panel). Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSVerse system.
Detection of IFN-γ by flow cytometry in viable ovine (sheep) PBMC. Cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with cross-reactive anti-bovine mAb MT307-PF647P (solid line) following stimulation with PMA/ionomycin for 16 hours in the presence of Brefeldin A. Matched isotype control antibody (dashed line). Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSVerse system.
