Performance
Detection of IL-4 by flow cytometry in viable cynomolgus lymphocytes. Non-stimulated (left panel) and stimulated (PMA/ionomycin; right panel), fixed and permeabilized cells were stained with anti-human IL-4 mAb IL4-3-PF4647P in combination with anti-CD3-PE. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSVerse system.

Analyte description
Interleukin 4 (IL-4) is produced primarily by Th2 cells, mast cells, eosinophils, and basophils. IL-4 was first identified to costimulate B cell growth
