Description

✓ Self-diagnosis of circuits and safety devices ✓ Microprocessor-controlled melting power adjustment Pneumatic movement of the melting coil ✓ Built-in cooling ✓ Suitable for skeletal fixed and combined prosthetics ✓ No vibrations ✓ Quiet operation ✓ Optical temperature control Automatic casting cycle ✓ EBST (Electronic Board Selected Tolerance) Millennium is the synthesis of 60 years of experience in the field of induction investment casting. Specially designed for the atmospheric melting of precious and non-precious alloys, it offers extremely short melting times (30 g of Cr-Co in just 60 seconds!!) and intense work cycles thanks to the EBST type solid state generator (Electronic Board Selected Tolerance – only available in the “HD” versions) capable of 40 consecutive melts. The melting power is regulated by the sophisticated control system, which allows rapid but gentle melting that preserves the alloy from any alterations. The temperature of the alloy is constantly monitored by an optical system that offers a rapid and precise reading and allows an automatic melting cycle to be set.
