Overview
The AV10 pneumatic module is supplied as an external accessory to connect to air leak testing equipment. It is designed for blood line leak testing in air at pressures up to 2 bar using Luer tapered fittings.

Functionality / Operation

• Acts as the pneumatic connection interface between the leak tester and blood lines.
• Internal pneumatic valves advance or retract the release mechanism; valves are electrically driven from the digital outputs of the tester expansion board.
• Insertion of the male Luer fitting activates a micro‑switch to send the start command to the leak tester.
• Available version features a mechanism that automatically starts the test on connection and automatically releases the blood line at the end of a passed test.
