It cures at room temperature or faster with heat (optimal: overnight RT + 1-2 hrs at 150-200°F), has a 4:1 weight mix ratio, and contains no solvents. EP30Med forms strong, rigid bonds resistant to chemicals, sterilants (including EtO and gamma), and operates from -60°F to +250°F. 2 It adheres well to diverse substrates and exhibits exceptionally low shrinkage. As an excellent electrical insulator meeting USP Class VI and FDA indirect food contact requirements, EP30Med is ideal for medical device applications, especially encapsulation and potting where biocompatibility is crucial.
