The operator MICOMDOOR® MI50N has been developed for heavy duty use over many years. The Brushless DC Motor speeds up to 750 mm/s smoothly and with minimal noise, thanks to the implementation of a microprocessor (one of most powerful on the market) which is capable of doing 30 MIPs and 16 bits. Operation parameters are programmed into the control box simply by means of push buttons. Our rail has been designed to allow the doors to be mounted closer to the centre of gravity allowing greater durability of the roller and the whole system. Power supply: AC100 – 240 V 50,60 Hz 2A. Speed: 70~750 mm/s (adjustable). Motor: Direct current, modulated, brushless motor. Gearbox: With gears. Control system: Microprocessor. Brake control: Automatic. Opening time: From 0 to 60 seconds (10 adjustable positions). Door pressure to prevent gaps: A small force may be configured to keep the door closed or opened. Force from 0 to 8 Kg. (5 positions). Safety functions: When opening, if the door detects an obstacle, it stops and an alarm rings. When closing, if the door detects an obstacle, it re-opens and closes again at low speed; if the obstacle remains, the door stops and an alarm rings. Failure detection: Warning and indication of the type of failure, by means of an acoustic signal and a display.
