DOOR FRAME
The doorframe is made of Steel Alloy (Cold Roll Metal Sheet)
Rubber gasket is installed in the doorframe to ensure air tight
SURFACE TREATMENT
Powder coated with color requested by customer.

50mm thick. 2 layer bending edge
Opening double glaze clear class window size is equal to customer requirement, infill with desiccant to prevent condensation.
FACINGS
1.5mm thick cold roll metal sheet with a PE roll coating finish, color-according to customer requirement.

Rock Wool Slab, Density 100kg/m3 with fire rating >1hour
ADHESIVE
Rebon YB2002 (resin) mixed with YB8001 (Hardener) Epoxy Past Adhesive
Mixing Ratio, YB2002:YB8001=4:1
