The DRS-218™ is a vertical cabinet designed to store and dry endoscopes. It allows the aseptic storage, up to 800 hours, up to 6 flexible endoscopes of any brand and model. As class I medical devices, it is studied to grant complete conformity to EN 16442, maintaining, in each condition, the correct pressure of sterile air, avoiding the risk of environmental contaminations, foundation of the norm itself. Its 6 vertical separated positions allow a versatile use of the system and a rapid drying of the endoscopes avoiding cross infection risks. Endoscopes drying can happen through simple ventilation with filtered air (ventilated cabinet, V) or through heating at 30/35° C, granting high-level drying performances (heated air cabinet, TV). DRS-218 series can be realized in vertical storage by hanging instrument on dedicated support or in horizontal by using plastic trays or stainless steel baskets. Available in single door or pass-through version. – Vertical storage managed by PLC; – 7″ touch screen display, 16:9 HD; – Separate control of endoscopes’ channels fluxing; – Equipped with built-in printer for cycles’ traceability; – Possibility to integrate the traceability software for executed cycles, indicating the various events happened during the storing process. The software is compatible with the most important hospital management informatic systems, via Ethernet connection; – Easy and quick connection through socket, no other connections required. Our cabinet can store, through special supports, all kinds of endoscopes (big or small instruments, TEE probes etc.)
