Description

The suture anchor is composed entirely of sutures made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene specifically arranged and braided to create an anchoring point within the bone after its deployment. The same sutures that compose the anchor are also used to firmly secure soft tissue to the bone. MectaLock All-Suture Anchor Size 1 for hip and shoulder instability repair Depending on the indication offers a shorter anchor configuration for shoulder and a longer for hip. Both anchors are available with standard sutures or a tape option. MectaLock All-Suture Anchor Size 2 for rotator cuff and biceps tenodesis repair Anchor is offered either with standard sutures or a tape option. The dedicated set of drills for the All-Suture anchors represent a range extension of the MectaLock PEEK drills. Drills and All-Suture anchors are compatible and easily insertable within the MectaLock PEEK Aimers.
