Thanks to the special double-start thread design, the PWR design scores particularly in immediate implant placement and with soft bone conditions. The two self-tapping threads staggered by 180° enable fast and centric insertion. The slightly staggered crestal micro-thread provides additional primary stability in the final position and enables gap-free implant–bone contact. The interaction of the homogeneous, ultrapure BoneTrust® implant surface in combination with harmonized platform switching ensures a secure implant–bone bond over the long term. A non-locking inner cone (11°) with Torx indexing or a precision hexagon socket with long guide surfaces are available as abutment connection.
