The Smart Cabinet System MMSlog ® has 2 management softwares that make it possible to
perform full operations:
The first software: The HMI of the Smart Cabinet MMSlog® is the control software of the
cabinet, with its associated CPU and screen. It controls user authentication and
access as well as all activities being registered.
The second software: SIGUC (Comprehensive Consumption Units System) is a
hierarchically superior software for the control of the different Smart Cabinets installed
in a centre, as well as product management, activity monitoring, etc.
The following is a brief description of the Smart Cabinet System MMSlog®® HMI software. This
software is responsible for directly managing the entire operation among users, restockers
and administrators with the cabinet. Its main functionalities are:
1) Access control and user identification:
a. Different access roles and use of the system.
b. Records and tracking of equipment access and use.
c. Records of denied access incidences.
2) Real-time inventory taking of items and stocks control:
a. List of products in stock
b. Products status
c. Entry and expiration dates.
d. Item identification codes.
3) Material removal procedure:
a. Assignment to scheduled activities
b. Assignment to non-scheduled activities.
4) Material return or entry of new material procedure:
a. Return/assignment by date.
b. Return/assignment by patient.
5) System operation logs display:
a. Incident management and notification.
6) Global management in operation in stand-alone local mode: Access control, stocks, logs,
etc. are managed and stored locally in the equipment
