MMSlog® MODULAR CABINET WITH STANDARD DIMENSIONS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ISO3394 • Dimensions of the modular cabinet according to the ISO 3394 standard • Cabinet designed for high water-reppellent performance (liquids/ humidity) and shock-resistance • High density 19 mm-thick melamine-faced chipboard body. • Door made of 10 mm-thick Max® HPL, blunt contour and rounded edges. • Chromium steel hinges with >180º opening; 3D door regulation: vertical, horizontal and depth. • ABS guide panels on the inside of the cabinet with roulettes to help trays/ baskets gliding. • The upper levels of the high cabinets can be set to have the trays/ baskets bend at 45º for easier access. • Cabinet base in 10 mm-thick Max® HPL (damp-proof) with 4 adjustable legs, to level from the inside. The cabinet BODY (side panels, top and base) is made of high density 19 mm-thick white melaminate chipboard (>625 Kg/m3). The edges have a 2 mm-PVC coating, the front edges of the body are covered by a special black PVC coating and watertight joint which prevents dust & water spills and smoothen the door closure. Fastening between cabinet side panels by glued pegs & minifix® system. The back side of the cabinets is made of 10 mm thick chipboard. The cabinet DOOR is made of 10 mm Max® Compact HPL, which gives a high dampproof, traction (weight) and impact resistance. The door is available in a wide range of colors for both inside & outside (www.formica.com). Blunt door contour and round edges. The chromium steel hinges allow the door to open >180 for optimum acces to the inside of the cabinet; the hinge as built-in mechanisms for auto-closing & 3D door-levelling (vertical, horizontal & depth).
