Each MMStex® Garment Management System equipment is equipped with an HMI User
Software for managing automation, stocks, consumptions and users, which makes it possible
for the equipment to work online and offline, and to ensure the continuous operation of the
equipment in the event of a problem with server communications.
A. Operational Requirements
The equipment is fitted with an RFID reader and/or magnetic stripe to identify the user, as well
as a touch screen that can also be used for user identification by means of a numeric code, as
well as a user/restocker interface with the equipment.
Operation: Garment Delivery
The operation for garment delivery is as follows:
• The user is identified by means of a magnetic card, RFID card, numeric code or any
other reading device.
• The system checks the permissions and displays the options.
• The user selects the garment(s) type(s), size(s), colour(s), and quantity(ies).
• The system checks the user's balance of garment availability and consumption per
period.
• If everything is correct, the equipment delivers the garment/s and, by means of a screen
message, refers the user to the module/s where the garment/s can be collected.
• The assigned module is identified by a luminous LED and the open drawer, picking slot,
or picking door to access the garment(s). In the specific case of the Smart Locker
module, when the user closes the module door, the system makes a new inventory and
records the consumption.
Operation: Restocking of Garments/Equipment
The operation for restocking the equipment is as follows:
• The restocking operator enters the numerical identification code on the screen.
