The concentration of Trypsin necessary to dislodge the cells from their substrate depends on the sensitivity of the cells. We offer following variants of MSE Lymphocyte Separation Media Trypsin 0.25% in PBS w/o Calcium w/o Magnesium w/o Phenol Red Volume: 100 ml Shelf life: 24 months. Trypsin-EDTA 10X Volume: 100 ml Shelf life: 24 mois. Trypsin-EDTA 1X PBS w/o Calcium w/o Magnesium w/o Phenol Red Volume: 100 ml Shelf life: 24 months.
