Grooved, pre-molded plate, respecting the shape of the epiphysis. The plate fits perfectly onto the projecting edge of the humerus, which simplifies surgery. In complex fractures, a rigid setting is obtained by placing two screws in the epiphysis and a long oblique screw in the medial column. No internal protrusion of material threatens the ulnar nerve. 3.5 mm diameter cortical screws. A light adjustment with a jigsaw may be necessary for good adaptation to the humerus. Use traditional instruments in order to take into account different morphologies.
