Drilling and injection of patient autologist osseous marrow
The trocar allows the drilling and the injection of osseous marrow.
The trocar allows a percutaneous use with an entrance point in the trochantereal area, an aiming of the femoral head under amplifier of brightness, and an intraosseous penetration with the hammer.
When the trocar is placed, one can leave in place the sleeve and withdraw the chuck. This sleeve then allows the injection of osseous marrow or another liquid substance using a syringe of 10 mL.
Then : reinstallation of the chuck and ablation.
• This device allows the sampling and the injection of marrow in same operational time.
Instrument for making punctures composed of :
a metallic socket
a mandrel : metallic rod that has a triangular tip with sharp edges at its end that goes 10 mm beyond the socket.
