The MedUSe 50-6AK is a fine cleaning system, which is optimally designed for the fine cleaning of implants. This system is characterized by the high quality, production capacity and the flexible solution for effective ultrasonic cleaning of single parts, high value parts in carriers or bulk material. Plant design: This design allows working even in clean and ultra-clean rooms up to a clean room class of 100.
Feeding is fully automatic and allows a very high batch throughput. The water treatment system enables oölogically perfect water pre-treatment for the various immersion baths. The optional final packaging unit enables the workpieces to be made ready for shipment without contact under absolute cleanroom conditions. The final, automatic drying stage is offered in four different versions: Warm air, infrared, warm air and infrared, vacuum.
