Description

The MedUSe 150-7AK is a cleaning system, which is best designed for various applications in the industry. This machine is characterized by its high quality, production capacity and flexible solution for effective ultrasonic cleaning of single parts, high value parts in carriers or bulk materials. The transport robot carries up to 100 kg of weight.This design allows working even in clean and ultra-clean rooms up to a clean room class of 100. Feeding is fully automatic and allows a very large batch throughput. The water treatment system enables oölogically perfect water pre-treatment for the various immersion baths.Technology: Water treatment system, Visualized control system, Modular assemblies, Loading and unloading machine, Regeneration system for dirty water, Drying system, Packaging unit under clean room conditions, Encapsulation hoods with venting system, Control system. The visualized control system allows free programming of different cleaning processes. The development of this system is protected according to the Swiss Copyright Act (URG) SR231.1 of 1992 (rev. 2008).
