FiCA™ AFP is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) for quantitative determination of Human alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in human serum, plasma and whole blood samples. For in vitro diagnostic use only. TEST PRINCIPLE This kit uses double antibody sandwich method and fluorescence immunochromatography technology to quantitatively detect the concentration of AFP in human serum, plasma, and whole blood samples. DETECTION RANGE: 5ng/mL～400ng/m APPLICABLE INSTRUMENT FiCA™ tests only can be performed with FiCA™ analyzers. STORAGE Test Kits should be stored at 2°C~30°C in a cool, dark, dry place, valid for 24 months; Do not freeze or use after the period of validity by all means.
