FiCA™ CA153 is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) for quantitative determination of CA153 in human whole blood, serum or plasma. TEST PRINCIPLE This kit uses double antibody sandwich method and fluorescence immunochromatography analysis technology to quantitatively detect the concentration of CA153 in human whole blood, serum or plasma samples. DETECTION RANGE: 5-500 U/mL APPLICABLE INSTRUMENT FiCA™ tests only can be performed with FiCA™ analyzers.
