FiCA™D-Dimer is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) for quantitative determination of D-Dimer in human plasma and whole blood. TEST PRINCIPLE This kit uses double antibody sandwich method and fluorescence immunochromatography analysis technology to quantitatively detect the concentration of D-Dimer in human plasma and whole blood samples. DETECTION RANGE: 0.1-10 mg/L APPLICABLE INSTRUMENT FiCATM tests only can be performed with FiCATM analyzers.
