FiCA™ FOB is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) for quantitative determination of fecal occult blood in human feces.It is used for testing in medical and health institutions for the auxiliary diagnosis of Gastrointestinal Bleeding. TEST PRINCIPLE This kit uses double antibody sandwich method and fluorescence immunochromatography analysis technology to quantitatively detect the concentration of FOB in human feces samples. DETECTION RANGE: 20.0-1000 ng/mL APPLICABLE INSTRUMENT FiCA™ tests only can be performed with FiCA™ analyzers. STORAGE Test Kits should be stored at 2°C~30°C in a cool, dark, dry place, valid for 24 months; Do not freeze or use after the period of validity by all means.
