FiCA™Myo is a fluorescence immunoassay(FIA) for quantitative determination of myoglobin (Myo) in human serum, plasma and whole blood. It is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of myocardial injury caused by acute myocardial infarction. For in vitro diagnostic use only. For professional use only. TEST PRINCIPLE This kit uses double antibody sandwich method and fluorescence immunochromatography analysis technology to quantitatively detect the concentration of Myo antigen in human serum, plasma and whole blood samples. DETECTION RANGE: 5-500 ng/mL APPLICABLE INSTRUMENT FiCA™ tests only can be performed with FiCA™ analyzers.
