FiCA™ NGAL is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) for qualitative determination of NGAL(Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin) in human urine. It is used for testing in medical and health institutions for the auxiliary diagnosis of Kidney disease and renal injury. For in vitro diagnostic use only. For professional use only. TEST PRINCIPLE This kit uses indirect method and fluorescence immunochromatography analysis technology to quantitatively detect the concentration of NGAL in human urine. DETECTION RANGE: 10-1500ng/mL APPLICABLE INSTRUMENT FiCA™ tests only can be performed with FiCA™ analyzers.
